In this Act unless the context otherwise requires— “Registrar” means any Registrar, Deputy Registrar, Senior Assistant Registrar or Assistant Registrar of the High Court; “Peninsular Malaysia” has the meaning assigned thereto in section 3 of the Interpretation Acts 1948 and 1967 [Act 388], and includes the Federal Territory.
Dalam Akta ini melainkan jika konteksnya meng- Tafsiran. hendaki makna yang lain- "Malaysia Barat" mempunyai erti yang diberi kepadanya dalam seksyen 3 Akta Tafsiran 1967, dan 23/67. meliputi Wilayah Persekutuan; "Pendaftar" ertinya mana-mana Pendaftar, Timbalan Pendaftar, Penolong Kanan Pendaftar atau Penolong Pendaftar Mahkamah Tinggi.
