s 23 Returns as to compensation
(1) The Minister may by notification in the Gazette direct that every person employing workmen, or that any special class of such persons, shall send at such time and in such form and to such authority as may be specified a correct return specifying the number
of injuries in respect of which compensation under this Act has been paid by the employer during the previous year and the amount of such compensation, together with such other particulars as to the compensation as the said Minister may direct.
(2) Any person making default in complying with any direction notified under this section shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable, on conviction, to a fine not exceeding five thousand ringgit.

(1) Menteri boleh melalui pemberitahuan dalam Penyata Warta mengarahkan supaya tiap-tiap orang yang pentapasan. menggaji pekerja, atau bahawa mana-mana golongan khas orang itu, hendaklah menghantar pada sesuatu masa dan dalam sesuatu borang dan kepada pihak [Diubahsuai berkuasa sebagaimana yang boleh ditetapkan suatu P.U. 37/55; penyata yang tepat yang menyatakan jumlah kecederaan yang berkenaan dengannya pampasan telah dibayar di bawah Akta ini oleh majikan sepanjang tahun sebelumnya dan amaun pampasan itu, bersama-sama dengan butir-butir lain tentang pampasan sebagaimana yang Menteri yang tersebut boleh arahkan.
(2) Mana-mana orang yang ingkar mematuhi apa- [Akıa Pin. apa arahan yang diberitahu di bawah seksyen ini adalah melakukan suatu kesalahan dan, apabila disabitkan, boleh dikenakan denda tidak melebihi dua ribu ringgit.
