s 50

Any Islamic bank which contravenes or fails to General comply with any provision of this Act or regulations penalty. made thereunder for which no penalty is expressly provided shall be guilty of an offence and shall on conviction be liable to a fine not exceeding fitty thousand ringgit.

Sesuatu bank Islam yang melanggar atau tidak Penalti am. mematuhi mana-mana peruntukan Åkta .ini atau peraturan-peraturan yang dibuat di bawahnya yang bagınya tiada sesuatu penalti diperuntukkan dengar nyata adalah melakukan suatu kesalahan dan apabila disabitkan bolehi dikenakan denda tidak lebih daripada lima puluh ribu ringgit.
