s 18
(1) Subject to the provisions of this Act and of Power of any regulations made thereunder, the Chairman may to deregate. delegate in writing to any member, officer or servant of the Board the power and authority to carry out on his behalf suich duties, powers or functions as he may determine.
(2) The Chairman may at the time of delegating any power or authority under subsection (1) to any member, officer or servant, or at any time thereafter give direc. tions as to the manner in which such delegated power or authority is to be exercised and may at any time revoke, modify or increase such delegation.

(1) Tertakluk kepada peruntukan-peruntukan Akta Kuasa ini dan mana-mana peraturan yang dibuat di bawahnya, Pengerusi boleh mewakilkan secara bertulis mewakil. kepada mana-mana anggota, pegawai khidmat Lembaga kuasa dan kewibawaan untuk menjalankan bagi pihaknya apa-apa tugas, kuasa atau fungsi sebagaimana ditentukannya.
(2) Pengerusi boleh semasa mewakilkan mana-mana kuasa atau kewibawaan di bawah subseksyen (1) kepada mana-mana anggota, pegawai atau pengkhidmat, atau pada bila-bila masa selepas itu memberi arahan-arahan tentang cara bagaimana kuasa atau kewibawaan yang diwakilkan itu hendak dijalankan dan boleh pada bila-bila masa membatalkan, mengubahsuai atau menambah perwakilan itu.
