The Board may charge for energy supplied to any consumer (otherwise than by agreement) either by the Rates and scales of charges for energy. Other charges by agreement. for the time being, be approved by the Minister.

Lembaga boleh mencaj bagi tenaga yang dibekalkan kepada mana-mana pengguna (melainkan melalui perjanjian) sama ada mengikut amaun sebenar tenaga yang dibekalkan itu atau mengikut kehendak kuasa maksimum dalam tiap-tiap tempoh yang diberi atau mengikut kombinasi antara kedua-duanva itu atau mengıkut apaapa cara lain yang, pada masa itu, diluluskan oleh Menteri.
