The Board may secure the repayment of any sum Loansmay borrowed, by the mortgage or charge, legal or equit- by morlgage. able, of any property vested in the Board, or of any revenue receivable by the Board under this Act or any other written law.
Lembaga boleh mendapatkan pembayaran balik apa-apa jumlan wang yang dipinjamkan, dengan jalan menggadaljanji atau menggadaı, di sisi undang-undang atau mengikut ekuiti, apa-apa harta yang terletakhak pada Lembaga atau apa-apa hasil yang boleh diterima oleh Lembaga di bawah Akta ini atau mana-mana undang-undang bertulis lain.
