s 7
The office of a member, other than the General office. Manager, shall become vacant-
(a) on his death;
(b) if he is absent from three consecutive meetings of the Board without the special leave of the Chairman or leave of absence granted under this Act and the Board passes a resolution declaring his office vacant;
(c) if he resigns his office;
(d) if he becomes disqualified for membership under section 6;
(e) if his appointment is revoked by the Minister.

Jawatan seseorang anggota, selain dari Pengurus Pengosongan Besar, adalah menjadi kosong— jawatan.
(a) apabila dia mati;
(b) jika dia tidak hadir di mesyuarat Lembaga tiga kali berturut-turut tanpa kebenaran khas daripada Pengerusi atau kebenaran tidak hadir yang diberi di bawah Akta ini dan Lembaga meluluskan suatu resolusi mengisytiharkan jawatannya kosong;
(c) jika dia meletakkan jawatannya; d) jika dia hilang kelayakan dari menjadi anggot li bawah seksyen 6
(e) jika perlantikannya dibatalkan oleh Menteri.
