Where an offence under this Act has been comcommitted Cycorporate mitted by a corporate body is proved
(a) to have been committed in the manner provided in section 75 or 76 (2); or
(b) to have been committed with the consent or connivance of, or to have been attributable to any neglect, by or on the part of any director, secretary or similar officer of the body corporate or any person who was purporting to act in such capacity, hé as well as the body corporate shall be deemed to be guilty of that offence and shall be liable to be proceeded against and punished accordingly. Recovery of penalties, etc..

Jika sesuatu kesalahan di bawah Akta ini telah dilakukan oleh suatu pertubuhan perbadanan dibuktikan-
(a) telah dilakukan mengikut cara yang diperuntukkan dalam seksyen 75 atau 76 (2); atau
(b) telah dilakukan dengan persetujuan atau dibiarkan, atau telah dikaitkan dengan apa-apa kecuaian, oleh atau di pihak mana-mana pengarah, setiausaha atau pegawai yang seumpamanya bagi pertubuhan pertindak atas stat sedemikian itı, naka dia dan juegrpertubuhan perbadanan itu hendaklah disifatkan sebagai melakukan kesalahan itu dan boleh kena diambil tindakan dan dihukum dengan sewajarnya.
