Any prosecution for an offence under this Act may authorized be conducted by any person employed by the Board or to prosecute. by any public officer authorized in writing in that behalf by the Public Prosecutor. [Pt. IX, S. 88-90]

Sesuatu pendakwaan bagi suatu kesalahan di bawah Orang-orang Akta ini boleh dijalankan oleh mana-mana orang yang diberikuasa diambil kerja oleh Lembaga atau oleh seseorang pega- mend mendakwa. wai awam yang diberikuasa secara bertulis bagi maksud itu oleh Pendakwa Raya.
