s 1 Short title and commencement
This Act may be cited as the Perbadanan Pembekalan Letrik Sarawak Act 1983, and shall come into force on such date as the Minister may, by notification in the Gazette, appoint.

Akta ini bolehlah dinamakan Akta Perbadanan Tajuk Pembekalan Letrik Sarawak 1983, dan hendaklah mula danmula berkuatkuasa pada tarikh yang ditetapkan oleh Menteri berkuatmelalui pemberitahuan dalam Warta.
