s 15 Power to enter premises, etc.
(1) Any officer or servant of the Corporation generally or specially authorized in writing by the Corporation in that behalf shall, on producing, if so required, a document showing his authority, have a right to enter any land, premises or building at all reasonable
hours for the purposes of ascertaining whether there is or has been any contravention of the terms and conditions of the contract entered between the consumer and the Corporation pursuant to subsection 17(1).
(2) Any person who refuses to permit or obstructs any officer or servant authorized by the Corporation from entering the land, premises or building, or obstructs or hinders such officer or servant from acting under this section shall be guilty of an offence and shall, on conviction be liable to imprisonment for a term of three months and a fine of five hundred ringgit.

(1) Mana-mana pegawai atau pengkhidmat Per- Kuasa badanan yang pada am atau khasnya diberikuasa mremas,dii secara bertulis oleh Perbadanan bagi maksud itu hendaklah, semasa mengemukakan jika dikehendaki sedemikian, suatu dokumen menunjukkan kuasanya, mempunyai hak untuk memasuki mana-mana tanah premis atau bangunan pada setiap waktu yang munasabah bagi maksud menentukan sama ada terdapat atau telah berlaku apa-apa pelanggaran terhadap termaterma dan syarat-syarat kontrak yang dibuat di antara pengguna dan Perbadanan menurut subseksyen (1) seksyen 17.
(2) Mana-mana orang yang enggan membenarkan atau menghalang mana-mana pegawai atau peng- Khıdmat yang dıberıkuasa oleh Perbadanan dari memasuki tanah, premis atau bangunan, atau menghalang tau mengganggu pegawai atau pengkhidmat itu darı ada bertindak di bawah seksven ini adalah melakukaı suatu kesalahan dan boleh, apabila disabitkan, dikenakan penjara selama tempoh tiga bulan dan denda lima ratus ringgit.
