s 32 Power to enter on land for purposes of construction
(1) Subject as hereinafter provided, whenever it is necessary so to do for the purpose of installing any system of distribution
of energy under this Act, the Corporation may lay, place or carry on, under or over any land, other than State land, such supply lines, and may erect in or upon any land, other than State land, such posts and other equipment as may be necessary or proper for the purposes of the installation belonging to the Corporation, and may take such other action as may be necessary to render such installation safe and efficient, paying full compensation to all persons interested for any disturbance, damage or disability that may be caused thereby and such compensation may include an annual payment for land used for the purpose of the posts or other equipment.
(2) Before entering any land for the purpose specified in subsection
(1), the Corporation shall give notice to the owner or occupier of such land, stating as fully and accurately as possible the nature and extent of the acts intended to be done and informing the owner or occupier of his right, under subsection (4), to object to the proposed intended acts.
(3) Such notice shall be deemed to be properly given if sent by registered post or left at the usual or last known place of abode of the person to whom it is to be given or, if the usual or last known place of abode of such person cannot be ascertained, by fixing the notice conspicuously on some part of the land.
(4) The owner or occupier may, within fourteen days of the receipt of such notice, lodge an objection to the intended acts of the Corporation. Such objection shall be made to the Director of Lands and Surveys, either verbally or in writing, and the Director of Lands and Surveys shall give notice of such objection to the Corporation.
(5) If no objection is lodged within the time limited for that purpose by subsection (4), the Corporation may forthwith enter on the land and do all or any of the acts specified in such notice.
(6) If an objection is lodged and is not withdrawn before the date fixed for the hearing thereof, the Director of Lands and Surveys shall hold an inquiry, giving all parties an opportunity to be heard.
(7) Upon the conclusion of the inquiry or upon receipt of the said recommendations, the Director of Lands and Surveys may, either unconditionally or subject to such terms, conditions and stipulations as he thinks fit, authorize or prohibit any of the acts mentioned in such notice.

Kuasa Memasuki Tanah
(1) Tertakluk sebagaimana yang diperuntukkar kemudian dari ini, bila-bila masa sahaja perlu berbua demikian bagi maksud pemasangan apa-apa sistem pengagihan tenaga di bawah Akta ini, Perbadanan boleh meletak, menempat atau membawa atas, di bawah atau di atas mana-mana tanah, selain dari tanah Kerajaan apa-apa talian bekalan, dam boleh mendırikan di dalam atau di atas mana-mana tanah, selain dari tanah Kerajaan, apa-apa tiang dan kelengkapam lain sebagaimana yang perlu atau patut bagi maksudmaksud pepasangan kepunyaan Perbadanan, dan boleh mengambıl apa-apa tindakan laın sebagaimana yang perlu untuk menjadikan pepasangan itu selamat dan berjalan lancar, membayar pampasan sepenuhnya kepada semua orang yang berkepentingan atas apaapa gangguan, kerosakan atau ketakupayaan yang mungkin disebabkan dengannya itu dan pampasan itu boleh termasuk satu bayaran tahunan untuk tanah yang digunakan bagi maksud mendirikan tiang atau kelengkapan lain itu.

(2) Sebelum memasuki mana-mana tanah bagi Perbadanan hendaklah memberi notis kepada pemunya atau penduduk tanah itu, menyatakan dengan epenuh dan setepat yang boleh, jenis dan setak lana tindakan yang dicadang hendak dilakukam da
(3) Notis itu hendaklah disifatkan telah diberi dengan sempurna jika dihantar melalui pos berdaftar atau ditinggalkan di tempat tinggal biasa atau akhir diketahui yang kepadanya notis itu hendak diberi atau, boleh ditentukan, dengan menampalkan notis itu pada
(4) Pemunya atau penduduk boleh, dalam masa empat belas hari penerimaan notis itu, membuat satu bantahan terhadap tindakan yang dicadangkan oleh Perbadanan. Bantahan itu hendaklah dibuat kepada Pengarah Tanah dan Ukur, sama ada secara lisan tau secara bertulis, dan Pengarah Tanah dan Uku endaklah memberi notis tentang bantahan itu kevad Perbadanan.
(5) Jika tiada bantahan dibuat dalam masa yang dihadkan bagi maksud itu oleh subseksyen (4), maka Perbadanan boleh dengan serta-merta memasuki tanah itu dam melakukan segala atau mana-mana tindakan yang dinyatakan dalam notis itu.
(6) Jika suatu bantahan dibuat dan tidak ditarik balik peluang untuk didengar.
(7) Setelah tamat siasatan itu atau setelah menerima membenarkan atau melarang mana-mana tindakan yang disebut dalam notis itu.
