s 41 Compensation
The amount of compensation payable under the provisions of this Act may, in default of agreement, be claimed and determined by civil action in a Court of appropriate jurisdiction.

Amaun pampasan yang kena dibayar di bawah peruntukan-peruntukan Akta ini boleh, jika memungkiri perjanjian, dituntut dan ditentukan dengan cara tindakan sivil dalam mahkamah yang mempunyai bidangkuasa yang sesuai.
