(1) The Minister may give to the Corporation directions of a general character, not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, as to the exercise and performance by the Corporation of its functions, and the Corporation shall give effect to any direction so given. (2) The Corporation shall furnish the Minister with such information with respect to its property and activities as he may from time to time require.
(1) Menteri boleh memberi kepada Perbadanan arahan-arahan bersifat am yang tidak berlawanan dengala anr datn fan-pksanaan oleh Perbada mn akai fungsi-fungsinya, dan Perbadanan hendaklah melaksanakan mana-mana arahan yang diberi sedemikian itu. (2) Perbadanan hendaklah memberi kepada Menteri Klivtiayasabaşainana dikeaendaki olch Menteri dari semasa ke semasa. [Bah. VIlI, S. 52-54]
