Pendaftar hendaklah memberi lesen peniaga atau less penasihat pelaburan dalam hal-hal keadaan tertentu. 18. Pendaftar hendaklah membaharui lesen peniaga atau lese penasihat pelaburan dalam hal-hal keadaan tertentu. 19. Pendaftar hendaklah memberi atau membaharui le wakil dalam hal-hal keadaan tertentu.
