Food Act 1983 s 6
(1) Where it is intended to submit any sample of any food for analysis the authorized officer purchasing or otherwise procuring the sample shall inform the seller or his agent or servant selling the food that he intends to have the sample analysed by an analyst. (2) The procedure for taking and dealing with the samples shall be as prescribed by regulations.
Tatacara mengambil sampel
(1) Jika dimaksudkan untuk menghantar apa-apa sampel daripada apa-apa makanan untuk analisis maka pegawai diberi kuasa yang membeli atau selainnya mendapatkan sampel itu hendaklah memberitahu penjual itu atau ejen atau pekhidmatnya yang menjual makanan itu yang dia bermaksud hendak meminta seorang juruanalisis menganalisis sampel itu. (2) Tatacara mengambil sampel dan menguruskannya hendaklah seperti yang ditetapkan melalui peraturan-peraturan.
