Lembaga Kemajuan Wilayah Pulau Pinang Act 1983 s 13

s 13 The Chairman

(1) The Chairman shall perform such duties as the Minister may from time to time determine. (2) If the Chairman is temporarily absent from Malaysia or temporarily incapacitated through illness or for any other sufficient reason from the performance of his duties, the Deputy Chairman shall perform the duties of the Chairman during such temporary absence or incapacity.
