Lembaga Kemajuan Wilayah Pulau Pinang Act 1983 s 17F
s 17F Withdrawal of surcharge
Notwithstanding subsection 17D(3) and section 17 E, the Lembaga may at any time withdraw any surcharge in respect of which a satisfactory explanation has been received or if it otherwise appears that no surcharge should have been made, and the Lembaga shall forthwith notify the person surcharged of the withdrawal.
