It shall be the duty of the Lembaga to conserve the Fund byso exercising and performingits powers, functions and duties under this Act as to secure that the total revenues of the Lembaga are, subject to any directions given by the Minister under section 9, sufficient to meet all sums properly chargeable to its revenue account, including depreciation and interest on capital,taking one year with another.
Maka adalah menjadi kewajipan Lembaga memelihara Kumpulan Wang dengan menjalankan dan melaksanakan kuasa-kuasa, fungsi-fungsi wajipan-kewajipannya di bawah . Akta ini dan kesupaya jumlah hasıl Lembaga, tertakluk kepada apa-apa arahan yang diberi oleh Menteri di bawah seksyen 9, cukup untuk membayar segala jumlah wang yang boleh dipertanggungkan dengan sepatutnya kepada akaun hasilnya, termasuk kesusutan dan bunga atas modal, dari setahun ke setahun.
