Any money or money’s worth paid or deposited for or in respect of any such event or contingency as aforesaid or for or in respect of the purchase of a lottery ticket shall be recoverable as money had and received to or for the use of the person from whom the same was received.
Wang yang dibayar boleh didapatkan kembali
Apa-apa wang atau nilaian wang yang dibayar atau didepositkan bagi atau berkenaan dengan apa-apa kejadian atau kontingensi sedemikian seperti yang disebut terdahulu atau bagi atau berkenaan dengan pembelian tiket loteri hendaklah boleh didapatkan kembali sebagai wang yang diambil dan diterima untuk atau bagi kegunaan orang yang daripadanya wang atau nilaian wang itu telah diterima. *CATATAN—Sebelum ini “dua ribu ringgit”–lihat Akta Perjudian Rumah Terbuka (Pindaan) 1990 [Akta A755].
