s 25 Binding over on second conviction
If a person who has been convicted of an offence under section 4 or 4B is again convicted of the same or any other offence under that section, the Magistrate may, in addition to the punishment provided by that section, make an order requiring him to give security for a period not exceeding one year by one or more sureties that he will not offend against this Act and every such order shall be made as nearly as may be in the same manner and shall have the like effect and consequences as if the same were an order to give security for good behaviour under section 74 of the Criminal Procedure Code [Act 593].

Mengikat jamin atas sabitan kedua
Jika seseorang yang telah disabitkan bagi suatu kesalahan di bawah seksyen 4 atau 4B disabitkan lagi dengan kesalahan yang sama atau mana-mana kesalahan lain di bawah seksyen itu, Majistret boleh, sebagai tambahan kepada hukuman yang diperuntukkan oleh seksyen itu, membuat suatu perintah menghendakinya supaya memberi jaminan bagi tempoh tidak melebihi satu tahun oleh seorang penjamin atau lebih bahawa dia tidak akan melakukan kesalahan terhadap Akta ini dan tiap-tiap perintah sedemikian hendaklah dibuat dengan seberapa hampir yang boleh mengikut cara yang sama dan hendaklah mempunyai kesan dan akibat yang sama seolah-olah ia ialah suatu perintah untuk memberi jaminan bagi berkelakuan baik di bawah seksyen 74 Kanun Tatacara Jenayah [Akta 593].
