s 20 Directions by the Minister
(1) The Minister may give to the Council or the Board such directions, not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, as he may deem fit, as to the exercise and performance by the Council or the Board of its powers, duties and functions under this Act, and the Council or the Board shall give effect to all such directions.
(2) The Board shall furnish the Minister with such information with respect to its property and activities as he may from time to time require.

(1) Menteri boleh memberi kapada Majlis atau Lembaga sa-suatu arahan sa-bagaımana yang dı-tkırkan-nya patu yang tidak berlawanan dengan peruntokan2 Akta ini tentan penjalanan dan pelaksanaan oleh Majlis atau Lembaga akan kuasa?, kewajipan2 dan tugas2-nya di-bawah Akta ini, dan Majlis atau Lembaga hendak-lah melaksanakan semua arahan itu.
(2) Lembaga hendak-lah memberi kapada Menteri apa2 aklumat sa-bagaimana yang di-kehendaki-nya dari s lasa ka-samasa berhubong dengan harta dan kegiatan-ny Tidak boleh 21. (1) Tiada sa-siapa pun yang ada mempunyaï sa-chara langsong atau sa-chara tidak langsong, dengan sendiri-nya atau melaluï kongsi-nya, sa-suatu sher atau kepentingan dalam sa-suatu kontrek dengan, untok atau bagi pehak Majlis boleh di-ambil bekerja sa-bagai pegawai atau penjawat Majlis,
(2) Sa-saorang pegawai atau penjawat yang di-lantek oleh Lembaga dan yang ada mempunyaï atau memperolehi sa-şuatu şher atau kepentingan tersebut boleh, menurut budibichara Lembaga, di-buang kerja terus tanpa di-beri notis.
