A body by the name “The National Sports Council of Malaysia” is established with power to acquire and hold movable or immovable property, and to dispose thereof or otherwise deal therewith.

Maka ada-lah dengan ini di-tubohkan suatu badan yang Majlis. di-namakan "Majlis Sokan Negara Malaysia" dengan kuasa bagi memperolehi dan memegang harta aleh atau harta tak aleh, dan bagi melepaskan-nya atau sa-chara lain membuat apa2 urusan berkenaan dengan-nya. [Bhg. III, S. 4]
