s 5 Members of the Council
(1) The Council shall consist of the members specified in subsections (2) and (3).
(2) The Minister shall be the Chairman of the Council.
(3) The other members of the Council shall be appointed by the Minister and shall consist of the following:
(a) one representative nominated by the Federal Territory Sports Council and each State Sports Council;
(b) three representatives nominated by the Olympic Council of Malaysia;
(c) one representative nominated by the Malaysian Schools Sports Council;
(d) not less than five but not more than ten members appointed from amongst persons who in the opinion of the Minister can contribute to the development and promotion of sports; and
(e) not less than three but not more than five members appointed from amongst Ministries which the Minister considers necessary to be represented.
(4) Part I of the First Schedule shall apply to the members of the Council.

(1) Majlis hendak-lah terdiri daripada ahliz yang di- Mialis. nyatakan dalam sekshen-kechil (2). 2) Pengerusi Majlis ia-lah Menteri dan lain2 ahli Majli endak-lah di-lantek oleh Menterı mengıkut chara yan di-nyatakan kemudian daripada ini, ia-itu-
(a) soragiwakik hengøklah dinamakan oleh tiaps
(b) tidak kurang daripada lima tetapi tidak lebeh daripada sa-puloh orang ahli hendak-lah di-lantek dari antara orang2 yang pada pendapat Menteri boleh memberi sumbangan terhadap perkembangan dan
(c) tidak kurang daripada tiga tetapi tidak lebeh dariada lima orang ahli hendak-lah di-lantek daripad Zementerian2 yang di-fikirkan oleh Menteri patu di-wakili.
(3) Peruntokan2 Bahagian I Jadual Pertama hendak-lah di-pakai bagi ahli2 Majlis. - sub-by A• A 460
