Patents Act 1983 s 15
Sections 4–7 were repealed by later amendments.
An invention shall be considered as involving an inventive step if, having regard to any matter which forms part of the prior art under paragraph 14(2)(a), such inventive step would not have been obvious to a person having ordinary skill in the art.
Langkah mereka cipta
Sesuatu reka cipta hendaklah dianggap sebagai melibatkan suatu langkah mereka cipta jika, memandangkan apa-apa perkara yang menjadi sebahagian daripada ciptaan seni terdahulu di bawah perenggan 14(2)(a), langkah mereka cipta itu adalah tidak ketara pada seseorang yang mempunyai kemahiran biasa dalam ciptaan seni.
