Patents Act 1983 s 25
Sections 4–7 were repealed by later amendments.
An applicant may withdraw his application at any time during its pendency by submitting to the Registrar a declaration in the form as determined by the Registrar together with the payment of the prescribed fee, and such withdrawal may not be revoked.
Penarikan balik permohonan
Seseorang pemohon boleh menarik balik permohonannya pada bila-bila masa sementara menanti keputusan permohonan itu dengan mengemukakan kepada Pendaftar suatu akuan dalam bentuk sebagaimana yang ditentukan oleh Pendaftar bersama dengan pembayaran fi yang ditetapkan, dan penarikan balik itu tidak boleh dibatalkan.
