Patents Act 1983 s 32

Sections 4–7 were repealed by later amendments.

s 32 Register of Patents

(1) The Registrar shall keep and maintain a register called the Register of Patents. (2) The Register of Patents shall contain all such matters and particulars relating to patents as may be prescribed. (3) The Register of Patents shall be kept in such form and on such medium as may be prescribed.

Daftar Paten

(1) Pendaftar hendaklah menyimpan dan menyenggara suatu daftar yang dinamakan Daftar Paten. (2) Daftar Paten hendaklah mengandungi segala perkara dan butir yang ditetapkan berhubungan dengan paten. (3) Daftar Paten hendaklah disimpan dalam bentuk dan atas bahantara yang ditetapkan.
