(1) A licensor may, in accordance with the regulations as prescribed by the Minister, apply to the Registrar for an entry to be made in the Register to the effect that any person may obtain a licence.
(2) At any time after an entry has been made in the Register, any person may apply to the licensor through the Registrar for a licence.
(3) Where a licence contract is concluded between the parties, the contracting parties shall inform the Registrar accordingly and the Registrar shall record such fact in the Register.
(4) Upon a request in writing signed by or on behalf of the contracting parties, the Registrar shall, on payment of the prescribed fee, record in the Register such particulars relating to the contract as the parties thereto might wish to have recorded:
Provided that the parties shall not be required to disclose or have recorded any other particulars relating to the said contract.
(5) Where a licence contract is terminated, the contracting parties shall inform the Registrar of the termination and the Registrar shall record such termination in the Register.
(6) The licensor may, in accordance with the regulations as prescribed by the Minister, apply to the Registrar for the cancellation of the entry made under subsection (1).

Catatan dalam Daftar
(1) Seorang pemberi lesen boleh, menurut peraturan-peraturan yang ditetapkan oleh Menteri, memohon kepada Pendaftar supaya suatu catatan dibuat dalam Daftar yang bermaksud bahawa mana-mana orang boleh mendapatkan suatu lesen.
(2) Pada bila-bila masa selepas suatu catatan dibuat dalam Daftar, mana-mana orang boleh memohon kepada pemberi lesen, melalui Pendaftar, bagi mendapatkan lesen.
(3) Jika suatu kontrak lesen telah dibuat oleh kedua-dua pihak, pihak-pihak berkontrak itu hendaklah memaklumkan kepada Pendaftar hal itu dan Pendaftar hendaklah merekodkan hal itu dalam Daftar.
(4) Apabila dibuat suatu permintaan secara bertulis yang ditandatangani oleh atau bagi pihak pihak-pihak berkontrak, Pendaftar,
setelah fi yang ditetapkan dibayar, hendaklah merekodkan dalam Daftar apa-apa butir berhubungan dengan kontrak itu sebagaimana yang pihak-pihak kepada kontrak itu mahu direkodkan:
Dengan syarat bahawa pihak-pihak itu tidak boleh dikehendaki menzahirkan atau menjadikan direkodkan apa-apa butir lain berhubungan dengan kontrak tersebut.
(5) Jika sesuatu kontrak lesen ditamatkan, pihak-pihak berkontrak hendaklah memaklumkan kepada Pendaftar penamatan itu dan Pendaftar hendaklah merekodkan penamatan itu dalam Daftar.
(6) Pemberi lesen boleh, menurut peraturan-peraturan yang ditetapkan oleh Menteri, memohon kepada Pendaftar supaya catatan yang dibuat di bawah subseksyen (1) dibatalkan.
