Patents Act 1983 s 47
Sections 4–7 were repealed by later amendments.
The Registrar shall— (a) if he is satisfied that a recorded licence contract has expired or been terminated, record that fact in the Register upon a request in writing to that effect signed by or on behalf of the parties thereto; (b) record in the Register the expiry, termination or invalidation of a licence contract under any provision of this Part.
Tamat, penamatan atau ketidaksahan kontrak lesen
Pendaftar hendaklah— (a) jika dia berpuas hati bahawa suatu kontrak lesen yang direkodkan telah habis tempohnya atau telah ditamatkan, merekodkan hal itu dalam Daftar setelah suatu permintaan secara bertulis mengenai efek tersebut ditandatangani oleh atau bagi pihak-pihak kepada kontrak itu; (b) merekodkan dalam Daftar tentang habisnya tempoh, penamatan atau ketidaksahan sesuatu kontrak lesen di bawah mana-mana peruntukan Bahagian ini.
