s 57 Date and effect of invalidation
(1) Any invalidated patent or claim or part of a claim under section 55A or 56 shall be regarded as null and void from the date of the grant of the patent. (2) (Deleted by Act A1649).

Tarikh dan kuat kuasa pentaksahan
(1) Apa-apa paten atau tuntutan atau sebahagian daripada sesuatu tuntutan di bawah seksyen 55A atau 56 yang ditidaksahkan hendaklah dianggap sebagai tidak sah dan tidak sah dari tarikh pemberian paten itu. (2) (Dipotong oleh Akta A1649). * CATATAN—Seksyen 56A dan subseksyen 57(1) masih belum berkuat kuasa—lihat P.U. (B) 168/ 2022.
