s 67 Offences by corporation
(1) Where an offence under this Act which has been committed by a body corporate is proved to have been committed with the consent or connivance of, or to be attributable to any neglect on the part of a director, manager, secretary or other similar officer of the body corporate, or any person who was purporting to act in any such capacity, he, as well as the body corporate, commits that offence and is liable to be prosecuted against and punished accordingly as provided by the Act.
(2) Where the affairs of a body corporate are managed by its members, subsection (1) shall apply in relation to the acts and defaults of a member in connection with his functions of management as if he was a director of a body corporate.

Kesalahan oleh perbadanan
(1) Apabila suatu kesalahan di bawah Akta ini yang telah dilakukan oleh sesuatu pertubuhan perbadanan terbukti telah dilakukan dengan dipersetujui atau dibiarkan oleh, atau yang disebabkan oleh apa-apa kecuaian di pihak, seseorang pengarah,
pengurus, setiausaha atau pegawai lain yang serupa bagi pertubuhan perbadanan itu, atau mana-mana orang yang berupa sebagai dikatakan bertindak atas mana-mana sifat yang sedemikian itu, maka dia, serta juga pertubuhan perbadanan itu, adalah melakukan kesalahan itu dan boleh didakwa dan dihukum dengan sewajarnya sebagaimana diperuntukkan oleh Akta.
(2) Apabila hal ehwal sesuatu pertubuhan perbadanan diuruskan oleh ahli-ahlinya, subseksyen (1) adalah terpakai berhubung dengan tindakan dan keingkaran seseorang ahli berkaitan dengan fungsinya mengenai pengurusan seolah-olah dia adalah seorang pengarah bagi suatu pertubuhan perbadanan.
