Patents Act 1983 s 71
Sections 4–7 were repealed by later amendments.
The authorized officer or police officer seizing any books, accounts, documents or other articles under this Part shall prepare a list of the things seized and forthwith deliver a copy signed by him to the occupier or his agents or servants present in the premises.
Senarai barang yang disita
Pegawai berkuasa atau pegawai polis yang menyita apa-apa buku, akaun, dokumen atau artikel lain di bawah Bahagian ini hendaklah menyediakan suatu senarai barang yang disita itu dan dengan sertamerta menyerahkan satu salinan yang ditandatangani olehnya kepada penghuni atau ejen atau pengkhidmatnya yang ada dalam premis itu.
