Sections 4–7 were repealed by later amendments.

s 78 Jurisdiction of subordinate Court

(1) Notwithstanding any other written law, a subordinate Court shall have power to try any offence under this Act and on conviction to impose the full penalty therefor. (2) For the purpose of subsection (1), “subordinate Court” means a Sessions Court or a Magistrate’s Court.

Bidang kuasa Mahkamah rendah

(1) Walau apa pun yang terkandung dalam mana-mana undangundang bertulis yang lain, suatu Mahkamah rendah adalah mempunyai kuasa untuk membicarakan apa-apa kesalahan di bawah Akta ini dan mengenakan penalti penuh baginya apabila disabitkan. (2) Bagi maksud subseksyen (1), “Mahkamah rendah” ertinya sesuatu Mahkamah Sesyen atau Mahkamah Majistret.
