s 88 Appeal
(1) Any person aggrieved by any decision or order of the Registrar may appeal to the Court. (2) The procedures of appeal under subsection (1) shall be made in accordance with the rules of court in civil matters.

(1) Mana-mana orang yang terkilan dengan apa-apa keputusan atau perintah Pendaftar boleh merayu kepada Mahkamah. (2) Prosedur rayuan di bawah subseksyen (1) hendaklah dibuat mengikut kaedah-kaedah mahkamah dalam perkara sivil.
