Goods Vehicle Levy Act 1983 s 10
(1) The Minister may make regulations for the purpose of carrying out or giving effect to the provisions of this Act. (2) In particular and without prejudice to the generality of the power conferred by subsection (1), such regulations may provide for— (a) the collection of goods vehicle levy; (b) the place at which goods vehicle levy is to be paid and collected.
Peraturan-peraturan
(1) Menteri boleh membuat peraturan-peraturan bagi maksud menjalankan atau menguatkuasakan peruntukan Akta ini. (2) Khususnya dan tanpa menyentuh keluasan kuasa yang diberi oleh subseksyen (1), peraturan-peraturan itu boleh mengadakan peruntukan bagi─ (a) pengutipan levi kenderaan barang-barang; (b) tempat di mana levi kenderaan barang-barang hendak dibayar dan dikutip.
