Goods Vehicle Levy Act 1983 s 5

s 5 Offence

Any person who fails or refuses to pay any goods vehicle levy in accordance with section 3 commits an offence and is liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding one thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three months or to both.

Kesalahan

Mana-mana orang yang gagal atau enggan membayar apa-apa levi kenderaan barang-barang mengikut seksyen 3 melakukan suatu kesalahan dan boleh, apabila disabitkan, didenda tidak melebihi seribu ringgit atau dipenjarakan selama tempoh tidak melebihi tiga bulan atau kedua-duanya.
