Goods Vehicle Levy Act 1983 s 9
s 9 Duty to produce
(1) The person for the time being driving a goods vehicle shall, on being required by an officer referred to under section 7, produce any registration book, licence, permit or any other similar document issued in respect of such goods vehicle by any authority in Malaysia or any other country.
(2) Any person who fails or refuses to comply with any requirement referred to in subsection (1) commits an offence and is liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding two hundred ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six weeks or to both.

Kewajipan mengemukakan
(1) Orang yang pada masa itu memandu suatu kenderaan barang-barang hendaklah, apabila dikehendaki oleh seorang pegawai yang disebut di bawah seksyen 7, mengemukakan apa-apa buku pendaftaran, lesen, permit atau apa-apa dokumen lain yang serupa itu yang dikeluarkan berkenaan dengan kenderaan barang-barang itu oleh mana-mana pihak berkuasa di Malaysia atau mana-mana negara lain.
(2) Mana-mana orang yang gagal atau enggan mematuhi apa-apa kehendak yang disebut dalam subseksyen (1) melakukan suatu kesalahan dan boleh, apabila disabitkan, didenda tidak melebihi dua ratus ringgit atau dipenjarakan selama tempoh tidak melebihi enam minggu atau kedua-duanya.
