s 13 Penalty for breach of rules
Any person committing a breach of any rule made under section 12 commits an offence and is liable to a fine not exceeding one thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months.

Penalti bagi pelanggaran kaedah-kaedah
Mana-mana orang yang melanggar mana-mana kaedah yang dibuat di bawah seksyen 12 adalah melakukan suatu kesalahan dan boleh dikenakan denda tidak melebihi satu ribu ringgit atau penjara selama tempoh tidak melebihi enam bulan.
