Military Manoeuvres Act 1983 s 6
Whenever the number of service personnel to be engaged in any military manoeuvre does not exceed one thousand, no notice as mentioned in subsection 5(1) is necessary except that where no notice is given, the military manoeuvre shall not extend beyond a period of forty- Military Manoeuvres eight hours.
Bila notis tidak diperlukan
Apabila bilangan askar yang akan mengambil bahagian dalam manuver tentera itu tidak melebihi seribu orang, notis yang tersebut dalam subseksyen 5(1) adalah tidak perlu, dengan syarat bahawa jika notis tidak diberi, manuver tentera itu tidak boleh dijalankan melebihi tempoh empat puluh lapan jam.
