s 22 Promulgation and cancellation of orders
(1) When any order or direction is given under the provisions of this Part the person making the order or giving the direction shall, unless it is otherwise provided, cause notice of the effect of it to be given in such manner as he thinks necessary for bringing it to the notice of all persons who in his opinion ought to have notice of it and the order or direction shall have effect as soon as such notice has been given, without publication in the Gazette.
(2) Any order or direction made under any provisions of this Part may at any time during its continuance be cancelled by any person empowered to make the order but without prejudice to the previous validity of the order or to anything done thereunder or to the power of that person to make a fresh order under the provision.

Perisytiharan dan pembatalan perintah
(1) Apabila mana-mana perintah atau arahan diberi di bawah Bahagian ini, orang yang membuat perintah atau memberi arahan itu hendaklah, melainkan jika diperuntukkan selainnya, menyebabkan notis mengenai kesan perintah atau arahan itu diberi mengikut apa-apa cara yang difikirkannya perlu untuk memberitahu semua orang yang pada pendapatnya patut diberitahu mengenainya dan perintah atau arahan itu hendaklah berkuat kuasa sebaik sahaja notis itu diberikan, tanpa disiarkan dalam Warta.
(2) Apa-apa perintah atau arahan yang dibuat di bawah mana-mana peruntukan Bahagian ini boleh pada bila-bila masa semasa penerusannya dibatalkan oleh mana-mana orang yang diberi kuasa untuk membuat perintah itu tetapi tanpa menjejaskan kesahan terdahulu perintah itu atau apa-apa jua yang dilakukan di bawahnya atau kuasa orang itu untuk membuat suatu perintah yang baru di bawah peruntukan tersebut.
