s 29 Provoking a breach of the peace

Any person who in any place in a proclaimed area uses any threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to provoke a breach of the peace or whereby a breach of the peace is likely to be occasioned shall be guilty of an offence and shall on conviction be liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years. Membangkitkan pecah keamanan

Mana-mana orang yang di mana-mana tempat dalam suatu kawasan diproklamasi menggunakan apa-apa perkataan atau berkelakuan mengancam, menghina atau mencela dengan niat untuk membangkitkan pecah keamanan atau yang dengannya suatu pecah keamanan mungkin terjadi melakukan suatu kesalahan dan apabila disabitkan boleh dipenjarakan selama tempoh tidak melebihi tiga tahun.
