Except as provided by section 28 notbing in this Part shall affect any other law relating to criminal offences provided that no person shall be punished twice for the same offence.

Kecuali sebagaimana yang diperuntukkan oleh seksyen 28 tiada apa-apa jua dalam Bahagian ini boleh menyentuh mana-mana undang-undang lain yang berhubungan dengan kesalahan jenayah, dengan syarat bahawa tiada seorang pun boleh dihukum dua kali dengan kesalahan yang sama.
