Protected Areas and Protected Places Act 1959 s 9
Any person who attempts to enter or who is in a protected area or a protected place and who fails to stop after being challenged three times by an authorized officer so to do may be arrested by force, which force may if necessary to effect the arrest extend to the voluntary causing of death.
Kuasa khas di kawasan larangan dan tempat larangan
Mana-mana orang yang cuba memasuki atau yang berada di dalam kawasan larangan atau tempat larangan dan tidak berhenti setelah dicabar tiga kali oleh pegawai berkuasa supaya berbuat demikian boleh ditangkap dengan kekerasan, yang mana kekerasan itu jika perlu untuk melaksanakan penangkapan itu boleh berlanjutan sehingga menyebabkan kematian dengan sengaja.
