s 25 Certificate of death
The Registrar, upon registering any death, shall forthwith give to the person giving information concerning the death a Certificate of Death.

Pendaftar, apabila mendaftarkan mana-mana kematian, hendaklah seterusnya memberikan kepada orang yang memberi maklumat berkenaan dengan kematian itu satu Perakuan Kematian.
