Births and Deaths Registration Act 1957 s 30

s 30 Indices

(1) There shall be prepared in manner prescribed indices of every entry made in the register after the coming into force of this Act. (2) Indices of existing entries in the register shall so far as is practicable be prepared in such manner as may be prescribed or as the Registrar-General shall direct.

Indeks

(1) Maka hendaklah disediakan dalam pendua dengan cara yang ditetapkan indeks mengenai tiap-tiap catatan yang dibuat di dalam daftar selepas mula berkuat kuasanya Akta ini. Satu salinan indeks hendaklah disimpan oleh Pendaftar Besar dan salinan yang lagi satu itu hendaklah disimpan oleh Penguasa Pendaftar yang berkenaan. (2) Indeks catatan yang sedia ada dalam daftar hendaklah setakat yang boleh dipraktikkan disediakan dalam cara sebagaimana yang boleh ditetapkan atau sebagaimana yang diarahkan oleh Pendaftar Besar.
