Subject to section 32 any person may apply in the prescribed form to have a search made in the indices or in the register upon payment of the fee prescribed and to have the result of such search certified in the prescribed form.

Tertakluk kepada peruntukan seksyen 32 mana-mana orang boleh membuat permohonan dalam borang yang ditetapkan untuk membuat suatu carian dalam indeks atau dalam daftar dengan membuat pembayaran fi yang ditetapkan dan untuk mendapatkan keputusan carian itu diperakukan di dalam borang yang ditetapkan.
