s 8 Information concerning birth to be given to Registrar within sixty days
It shall be the duty of every qualified informant to give to the Registrar, before the expiration of a period of sixty days from the date of the birth, the prescribed information concerning the birth and in the presence of the Registrar to sign the register:
Provided that the giving of information and the signing of the register by any one qualified informant shall act as a discharge of any duty under this section of every other qualified informant.

Maklumat berkenaan dengan kelahiran hendaklah diberi kepada Pendaftar dalam tempoh empat belas hari
Maka hendaklah menjadi tugas tiap-tiap pemberitahu yang layak untuk memberi maklumat yang ditetapkan berkenaan dengan kelahiran itu kepada Pendaftar, sebelum habis tempoh empat belas hari dari tarikh kelahiran itu, dan untuk menandatangani daftar itu di hadapan Pendaftar:
Dengan syarat bahawa pemberian maklumat dan penandatanganan daftar oleh salah seorang pemberitahu yang berkelayakan hendaklah merupakan sebagai perlepasan apa-apa tugas di bawah seksyen ini oleh setiap pemberitahu yang layak yang lain.
