s 10 Copies of Statutes, etc., to be kept at office of University
Every University shall keep at the office mentioned in section 9 a copy of each current Statute, Rule, Regulation or other documents required to be published under this Act or the Constitution, and shall keep the same available at all reasonable hours for inspection by the public and, where any books or copies of documents are, under this Act or the Constitution, required to be available for purchase by the public, such books or copies shall be kept available for purchase at such office or at some other place within Malaysia as the University may think fit.

Tiap? Universiti hendak-lah menyimpan di-pejabat Salinan Kaedah yang tersebut dalam sekshen 9 suatu salinan tiap? Statut, Statut, dsb• sub/A4946 hendak-lah Akta, Peratoran suratan? lain sa-masa yang di- di-simpan kehendaki di-siarkan di-bawah Akta ini atau Perlembagaan, di-pejabat Universiti. dan salinan itu hendak-lah sentiasa boleh di-dapati pada sa-tiap masa yàng menasabah untok di-pereksa oleh orang buku atau salinan suratan dikehendaki oleh Akta ini atau Perlembagaan supaya diuntok di-beli oleh orang awam, maka buku atau salinan itu hendak-lah sentiasa di-adakan untok di-beli di-pejabat itu atau di-sasuatu tempat lain di-Persekutuan sa-bagaimana di-fikirkan patut oleh Universiti.
