s 12 Establishment of Campus of a University

(1) The Yang di-Pertuan Agong may, by order published in the Gazette (hereinafter referred to as “a Campus Order”)— (a) establish a Campus of the University; (b) assign a suitable name or designation to the Campus; (c) specify the site or location of the Campus, being the site or location which shall be in addition to the Campus at the seat of the University; (d) assign a Faculty to the Campus; (e) specify the department of study comprised in such Faculty; and (f) prescribe such other matters as may be necessary or expedient for giving effect to the Campus Order. (2) The Yang di-Pertuan Agong may at any time, amend, vary or revoke a Campus Order by a subsequent order published in the Gazette.

(1) Yang di-Pertuan Agong boleh; dengan perentah yang di-siarkan dalam Warta (kemudian daripada ini di-sebut "Perentah Kampus")— (a) menubohkan suatu Kampus Universiti; (b) memberi suatu nama yang sesuai bagi Kampus itu; (c) menentukan tapak atau tempat Kampus itu yang menjadi sa-bagai tambahan kapada Kampus di-mana Universiti itu di-dirikan: (d) mengadakan Fakulti atau Fakulti? bagi Kampus itu; e) menentukan jabatan atau jabatan pengajian yan erkandong dalam Fakulti atau Fakulti2 itu: dai T) menetapkan laım- perkara sa-bagaimana yang perlı atau mustahak bagı melaksanakan Perentah Kampu (2). Yang di-Pertuan Agong, boleh pada bilaz masa, meminda, mengubah atau membatalkan sa-suatu Perentah Kampus dengan suatu perentah yang kemudian yang di-siarkan dalam Warta.
