s 20 Incorporation and establishment of a University College

If, the Yang di-Pertuan Agong is satisfied that it is expedient in the national interest that a University College should be established, he may by order— (a) declare that there shall be established a higher educational institution having the status of a University College, which shall be a body corporate for the purpose of providing, in accordance with the provisions of this Act and the Constitution of the University College, higher education in specified branches of learning; (b) assign a name to that University College; and (c) specify the location of the site which shall be the seat of that University College.
